This lake is so wonderful. Meadow Brook is a brilliant local stream, and Union River - East Branch has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by. If you need a location to stay Sea Breeze Motel is a wonderful choice, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Lead Mountain Trail. Mountain View Campground is a tremendous campground nearby, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you       can always go whitewater paddling on Narraguagus River. A great swamp close to Upper Lead Mountain Pond is Humpback Bog; Eastbrook Campground is a magnificent local campground. Just can't get enough of Upper Lead Mountain Pond.
