Going for a hike on the Jerry Pond Tote Road is always a glorious adventure. There are other spots here than Upper Deadwater, for example Chamberlain Pond, and camping at Shin Pond Village Campground is always a delightful experience. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Upper Deadwater reach the 70's. Once the sun       is down it plunges down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are usually in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Upper Deadwater are in the-10's. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are in fact plentiful here at Upper Deadwater. There is a brilliant hiking trail close to Upper Deadwater called the American Thread Company Road, and while you're here, you could go to Cut Brook. Americas Best Value Heritage Motor Inn is a magnificent site to get some rest, and                  the Snowshoe Lake Road is a fine hiking trail close by. From a precipitation point of view Upper Deadwater is a quite common site; most of the rain falls through July, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
