Neil E Michaud Campground is a splendid local campground, and whitewater paddling is great on St. Croix Stream. Looking for some flowing water? Try Boom Brook, and get covered with water paddling on Squa Pan Stream. So many enjoyable things near Upper Deadwater, completely extraordinary. There are great sites to explore along the Kennedy Tote Road. High temperatures at Upper Deadwater all through the       summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Upper Deadwater during the winter ordinarily dip into the-10's. Good hiking is available along the Pierce Tote Road, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Bigrock is rather near. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Old Dam Tote Road, and why not camp at Bear Mountain Lodge if you're here at                  Upper Deadwater.
