Beautiful Umcolcus Lake has much to offer visitors. Not far from Umcolcus Lake, you'll find Cranberry Pond which is a scenic lake. Umcolcus Lake is a good place of common rain; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Smith Pond, and don't leave Umcolcus Lake without first going

| | for a hike along the Snowshoe Lake Road. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Umcolcus Lake. There's glorious hiking along the Old Dam Tote Road. There's so much to do here at Umcolcus Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mystic Acres Campground is a great place for that. camp Homestead Lodge is a fine site to do that, and Squa Pan Stream is a brilliant whitewater spot close by. The American Thread Company Road offers hiking at its best; a brilliant place for whitewater paddling is St. Croix Stream.
