If you are traveling by, why not stop by Twin Pond. Hiking along the Telephone Trail is tremendous fun, and a beautiful lake like Eyelet Pond is a magnificent place to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Chase Carry, and do take a look at Shepherd Pond, it's a beautiful lake.

The annual rainfall here at Twin Pond is about average; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while February is usually the driest month. Shepherd Brook Mountain is trouble-free to spot from Twin Pond, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Musquacook Stream.
