Near Trout Pond you locate the Shore Road Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail; soar down the rapids of Sunkhaze Stream in a kayak. A lake nearby is Eskutassis Pond, and Pickerel Pond is a nearby lake that you could explore. Trout Pond is a quite wet place typically with a lot of rainfall; through the month of November you get the       most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Summertime highs at Trout Pond frequently tend to be in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 20's with temperatures at Trout Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid place to camp here at Trout Pond is Lakeside Camping,                  and a spree to nearby Long Cove is very relaxing. This lake is so wonderful.
