Go to Tracy Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Tracy Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, South Branch Pond Campground is a delightful local campground; there are some good whitewater spots on Nesowadnehunk Stream. Slaughter Brook is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit, and Foster Field is a good place.

| | temperatures plunge down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's; overnight lows during the wintertime for Tracy Pond tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. You're most likely interested in lakes, Slaughter Pond is one of those nearby, and if you came to camp Chimney Pond Campground is a good
place to do that. There are wonderful places to explore along the Abot Trail, and Big Squaw is a very popular ski area in close proximity. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Tracy Pond; of all the months in a year July is the
one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
Going for a hike on the Abol Trail is always a splendid adventure; the summit of Mount O-J-I can be made out from Tracy Pond.
