Many people like to go to Tr-Arnold Pond. Lakes are perfect; Mud Pond is a lake that's close to Tr-Arnold Pond, and soar down the rapids of Kennebago River in a kayak. This is a glorious area for folks who like lakes. Arnold Pond is a lake in close proximity; get covered with water paddling on Dead River - North Branch. | | is always a nice experience, and going for a hike on the Morrell Trail is always a perfect adventure. Tr-Arnold Pond is a wet location that gets a great deal of rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Massachusetts Bog Stream from Tr-Arnold Pond is simple; nearby you find the Arnold Pond Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. The slopes of Saddleback are so inviting | |

noone can resist, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Arnold Trail. High temperatures at Tr-Arnold Pond during the days of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Highs throughout
the wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's, and overnight lows throughout the winter for Tr-Arnold Pond tend to be in the-10's. Why not go to Arnold Pond Inlet Dam since you're here; a splendid place to camp here at Tr-Arnold Pond is Cupsuptic Campground. This lake is so wonderful.

 | 13 miles away 2 PHOTOS I've been visiting Bugeye Pond for as long as I've been alive as my family owns one of the two camps on it and I've always found it to be a very pristine and relaxing place. Aside from snowmobile noise in the winter and traffic on route 27, I would have to say it is the most gorgeous place in Maine. As for the fishing, I haven't been there since I actually began fishing so I can't really attest to that. My parents were up there this past weekend and said there were people on the pond all weekend long, but they never saw anybody land a brookie despite the abundant rises.... |
