In Maine there are many beautiful lakes, Tilden Pond is one of them. Tilden Pond gets a common amount of yearly rain; the wettest month of the year is frequently November, that's the one that rains the most while February is usually the driest month. Through the summer at Tilden Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. | | dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. There's so much to do here at Tilden Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Aldus Shores Lakeside Camping is a delightful location for that, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Goose River.
Don't forget to take a glorious little journey to Alder Brook, and hiking along the Ragged Mountain Trail is tremendous fun. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll go for Tilden Pond. The White House B | |

& B is a fine site to get some rest, and Tilden Pond is a place with many visitors from Rockland.
This lake is so wonderful. Tilden Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Northport Travel Park is a good local campground,
and get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Ducktrap River. The Mount Megunticook Trail offers hiking at its best; close to Tilden Pond you find a golf course called Northport Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Hit
the slopes at Camden in the neighborhood, and if you need a place to stay Londonderry Inn is a splendid choice.
On a great day you can take a look at Hayford Bog, a swamp in the neighborhood of Tilden Pond, and Tilden Pond is right by the Mount Battie Trail.
