A great spot to camp here at Temple Pond is The Evergreens Campground and Restaurant, and after a long day outdoors Herbert Grand Hotel is a great spot to spend a night or two. The yearly rain here at Temple Pond is about average; November is the wettest month with most snow while February is commonly the driest month.       This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Carrying Place Stream for all you thrill seekers, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Eaton Mountain. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Temple Pond. A good nearby hotel is Bingham Motor Inn; camping is available at Breezy Acres. There are some good whitewater spots on Austin Stream, and do stop by Mink Ponds, it's a beautiful lake. This lake is                  so wonderful. A pretty lake like Wyman Lake close to Temple Pond is a delightful spot to explore. A great view of scenic Baker Mountain is available from Temple Pond, and Wyman Dam is a pretty site, undeniably worth taking a look at. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Temple Pond with night lows in the 50's.
