What a nice lake Swains Pond is. A great place for whitewater paddling next to Swains Pond is Black Brook. And that's not all the things to do here in the White Mountains. While you're here at Swains Pond you can take a hike along the Brook Trail, and Black Mountain is clearly visible from Swains Pond. This lake is so wonderful. | | slopes of nearby Mount Abram. Swains Pond gets a typical amount of yearly rain; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is February. So much entertaining stuff in the White Mountains, just mind-boggling. site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is pleasant here at Swains Pond, you can go for a hike along the Angel Falls Trail, and get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Swift River. Why
not camp at Stony Brook Rec. and Camping if you're here at Swains Pond, and The Perennial Inn is a pleasant location to get some rest. Swains Pond is located in the White Mountains. For the duration of the summer months highs
here at Swains Pond get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Swains Pond.
