Here at Swains Pond you can catch a sight of Black Mountain; Stony Brook Rec. and Camping is a fine local campground. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Swains Pond; Chimney Trail is a splendid local trail. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Swains Pond; August is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is February. So much fun stuff to do here at Swains Pond, too fine to be true. Do go to Horseshoe Pond near Swains Pond, it's a pretty lake, and if you're here, you might as well have a look at Roxbury Notch. | |

Yeah, come up here to the White Mountains for a glorious time. A day on the slopes of Mount Abram is just what you need; why not take a refreshing hike along the Angel Falls Trail. A good close by hotel is Grand Summit Resort Sunday
River, and get wet paddling on Swift River. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Swains Pond. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. During the winter highs are in
the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Swains Pond temperatures fall to the-10's. Swains Pond is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is pleasant at Black Mountain, and while you're here, you could also have a look at gorgeous Bunker Pond.
