    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Sunday Pond. So many amusing things in the White Mountains, just astonishing. Black Cat Brook is a perfect local stream, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Magalloway River. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Old Magalloway Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and you can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Balsams Wilderness.  
   A good place to camp here at Sunday Pond is Deer Mountain Campground, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Arnold Trail.
The high level of rain makes Sunday Pond a rather wet place; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.                Pond in the vicinity of Sunday Pond, it's a pretty lake; you'll find a striking lake called Parmachenee Lake.
During the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Sunday Pond. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are typically in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Sunday Pond during the winter ordinarily descend into the-10's. Sunday Pond is located in the White Mountains. Camping at Cupsuptic Campground is always a good experience, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Milrose Trail.
