Stillwater Dam has glorious water scenery. Stillwater River Reservoir really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. A good site for whitewater paddling close to Stillwater River Reservoir is Penobscot River, and while
you're here and you like golf, you can check out Hidden Meadows Golf Course.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay University Inn Academic Suites is a great choice, and great hiking is available along the Bald
Mountain Trail. Blackman Stream is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and you can go for a hike on the Old Gold Mine Trail.
