Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Squapan Lake plunge into       the-10's. If you come at the right time of year, Squa Pan Stream offers some magnificent whitewater, and a lake nearby is Mud Pond. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Squapan Lake. There are some perfect whitewater spots on St. Croix Stream;                  Squapan Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Squapan Lake. On a pretty day you get a sight of Nowland Hill from Squapan Lake, and Squapan Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Libby's Sporting Camps is a pleasant local campground. Squapan Lake is not the only location close by, Cranberry Pond is a close by lake, and camping at Mystic Acres Campground is always a nice experience. This lake is so wonderful.
