Spring River Lake

There's a delightful 17.3-mile-long type I-V whitewater part on Narraguagus River nearby, the Deblois to Cherryfield section. This section of Narraguagus River is suggested for whitewater boaters of medium know-how. Nearby there is a splendid 14-mile-from-start-to-finish category II-III whitewater run, the Denbow Peat Mine to Sprague Falls 1 segment of Narraguagus River - West Branch. This segment of Narraguagus River - West Branch is suited for kayak paddlers
who have been whitewater rafting or kayaking for a while but who are not yet set for the truly dangerous rapids. If you are going whitewater rafting or kayaking, you must always check circumstances.
