A gorgeous lake like Shaw Pond near Spring Lake is a tremendous place to take a look at. There's so much to do here at Spring Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crocker Mountain Cirque Campground is a glorious location for that. This lake is so wonderful.                  In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Spencer Stream; don't leave Spring Lake without first going for a hike along the Bigelow Range Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant spot for whitewater paddling next to Spring Lake is Spencer Stream; great hiking is available along the Arnolds Trail. High temperatures at Spring Lake during the warm days of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
