Round Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Munsungan Stream. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Soule Pond. On a tremendous day at Soule Pond you can take a hike along the Matagamon Tote Road, and an attention-grabbing thing to pop by right next door to Soule Pond is Millinocket Lake Dam. A lake nearby is Tilly Pond, and Soule Pond is great enough to spend       more than a day at, South Branch Pond Campground is a great local campground. Looking for some flowing water? Try Beaver Brook; if you need a place to stay Katahdin Inn is a nice choice. During the summer months at Soule Pond highs are generally in the 70's, and the night is quite chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Soule Pond. Soule Pond gets                  a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
