If you are traveling by, why not stop by Soper Pond. If you need a site to stay Lodge at Moosehead Lake is a nice choice, and do take a hike on the Carry Trail. Some nearby water includes North Branch Soper Brook, and a beautiful lake like Cliff Lake is a nice place to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Upper Soper Pond near Soper Pond, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater

| | paddling on Smith Brook. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Chase Carry, and a wonderful view of pretty Allen Mountain is available. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Soper Pond. The Telephone Trail offers hiking at its best; Allagash River has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by.
