Hiking along the Morrell Trail is wonderful fun; why not head up to Saddleback and strap some skis to your feet. Summertime highs at Sipun Pond frequently tend to be in the 70's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime       for Sipun Pond tend to be in the-10's. There are some good whitewater spots on Dead River - North Branch; hey, Boundary Brook is a good local stream. If you come at the right time of year, Moose River - South Branch offers some nice whitewater, and you can have a splendid hiking adventure along the Arnold Trail. Camping is available at Black Arrow Lodge.
