to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Titcomb, and a wonderful location to camp here at Shiloh Pond is Deer Farms Camps and Campground. Just can't get enough of Shiloh Pond. Sugarloaf USA is a very popular ski area around
here, and if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Carrabasset. The amount of precipitation that falls at Shiloh Pond is close to the national average; during November this area sees the
most snow, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. On a magnificent day at Shiloh Pond you can take a hike along the Fire Warden Trail; why not have a look at nearby Hammond Field Brook while you're here at Shiloh Pond.
