It's always fun to stop by Shiloh Pond. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a great place to spend a night or two; a great spot for whitewater paddling is Carrabasset. All the outdoors amusing things in the neighborhood of Shiloh Pond will keep you coming back over and over. Deer Farms Camps and Campground is a good campground nearby, and going for a hike along the Bigelow Range Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake

| | is so wonderful. Shiloh Pond is right by the Fire Warden Trail, and in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sandy Stream.
From a rainfall point of view Shiloh Pond is a rather common location; November is the month that gets the most snow, and February on the other hand is the driest. Campground is a pleasant location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
Dry warm beds await you at Wilson Lake Inn, and Hammond Field Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. There's no such thing
as a bad day of skiing at nearby Sugarloaf USA; Titcomb has glorious slopes and a friendly staff. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Shiloh Pond highs are commonly in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Shiloh Pond are in the 0's.
