Shell Pond is a lake worth visiting. So much exciting stuff to do here at Shell Pond, too nice to be true. Near Shell Pond you stumble on a golf course called Lake Kezar Country Club; Shell Pond is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Cold River Campground is a fine place to camp nearby. There's tremendous hiking along the White Cairn Trail, and a nice nearby hotel is White Mountain Hotel and Resort. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

| | High temperatures at Shell Pond through the warm months are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Shell Pond. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the White Mountains. If you adore the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Shell Pond. Lakes? Sure, Horseshoe Pond is close at hand. You'll need more than a day to look at everything | |

Shell Pond has to offer, you can camp at Basin Pond Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Really magnificent skiing awaits you at Sunday River; if you need a site to stay Oxford House Inn is a brilliant choice. So many exciting
things to do here in the White Mountains, too delightful to be true. Not far from Shell Pond, you'll discover Colton Brook which is a pretty lake, and the Blueberry Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. One of the major features
of the surroundings of Shell Pond is Adams Mountain, and don't leave Shell Pond without first going for a hike along the Stone House Trail. Shell Pond gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the wettest month of the year
is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is January. All year is a magnificent time in the White Mountains if you love the outdoors. Black Mountain has tremendous slopes and a friendly staff,
and paddling on Wild River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Visit Rattlesnake Brook if you're here at Shell Pond, and Colton Dam is a pretty place. Get wet paddling on Saco River - East Branch; Deer Hill Spring is an inspiring location to stop at while here.
