Sennebec Pond is a wonderful site to visit for more than one day, Sennebec Lake Campground is a wonderful site to camp nearby, and hey, Gotta ski right? Camden is a fine place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Near Sennebec Pond you discover the Mount Battie Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and St. George River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. This       lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Mic Mac Cove Camp Ground, of course you could also stop by Johnson Pond since you're here; it's not far at all. Summertime at Sennebec Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Sennebec Pond tend to be in the 0's. There's just no way anyone can get                  bored here at Sennebec Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Island View Inn, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Ragged Mountain Trail. One of the dominant features of the surroundings of Sennebec Pond is Barrett Hill; there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Mount Megunticook Trail.
