Second Lake is a nice spot to visit for more than one day, Great Cove Golf Course and RV Park is a nice spot to camp nearby, and as expected, all our national parks are great places to take a look at and Roosevelt Campobello International Park is no exception. Second Lake mostly gets much precipitation; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Second Lake. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Cathance Stream; if you get bored of Second Lake you could also pop by nearby Hammond Pond.
