I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Scraggly Lake. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Millinocket Stream; why not camp at Umcolcus Sporting Camps while you're here at Scraggly Lake. If you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a nice choice. You'll come across a pretty       lake called Manton Pond near Scraggly Lake; there is a nice hiking trail nearby called the Matagamon Tote Road. All through the summertime months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Scraggly Lake, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course, frequently in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Scraggly Lake. A glorious site to camp here at Scraggly Lake is Matagamon Wilderness Campground, and                  going for a hike on the Munsungan Lake Tote Road is always a glorious adventure. Scraggly Lake gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; July is the month that gets the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
