All through the summer months highs here at Sawyer Pond get into the 70's with night lows in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 20's; overnight lows at Sawyer Pond through the wintertime frequently dip into the 0's. If you love the outdoors, you'll adore Sawyer Pond. Sawyer Pond is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, My Brothers       Place is a brilliant place to camp nearby, and Scottish Inns Houlton is a nice location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There's delightful hiking along the Pierce Tote Road. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Sawyer Pond has to offer, you can camp at Wilde Pines Campground. Don't leave Sawyer Pond without first going for a hike along the Potters Trail, of course you could also stop at Johnson Pond if you're here; it's not far at all.                  Hiking is a popular thing to do around Sawyer Pond; Kennedy Tote Road is a nice local trail; a lake close by is Champion Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Houlton Community Golf Course is a good golf course close by; paddling on Meduxnekeag River - South Branch is so much fun. Dry warm beds await you at Shiretown Motor Inn; get covered with water paddling on B Stream.
