     A perfect place to camp here at Sanborn Pond is Aldus Shores Lakeside Camping, and lakes are such calm locations, why not stop by Dutton Pond. Why not camp at Cozy Pines Campground since you're here at Sanborn Pond, and after a long day outdoors Londonderry Inn is a great site to spend a night or two. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Sanborn Pond. Sanborn Pond Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Sanborn Pond. From a rain point of view  
   Sanborn Pond is a quite typical site; November is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Goose River, and you'll stumble on a charming lake called Halfmoon Pond. The Mount Megunticook Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close to Sanborn Pond, and dry warm beds await you at The Jeweled Turret Inn. The warmest time of the year at Sanborn Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. All
 
               through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Sanborn Pond are in the 0's.
You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at New Hermon Mountain if you're here, and there are plenty of people from Rockland here at Sanborn Pond. Any time is a glorious time at Sanborn Pond if you adore the outdoors. There is a pleasant hiking trail near Sanborn Pond called the Ragged Mountain Trail; what would winter be without some skiing at Camden. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Ducktrap River is so much fun; close by you locate the Spring Brook Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail.
This lake is so wonderful. On a lovely day you get a view of Pond Hill from Sanborn Pond, and let's not forget Simmons Brook which is a stream that you may encounter while here.
