Sure, Little Pond is in close proximity, and a pleasant spot for whitewater paddling is St. George River. Saint George Lake is right by the Mount Megunticook Trail, and Cozy Pines Campground is a magnificent campground nearby. Take a hike on the Mount Battie Trail, and dry warm beds await you at The Country Inn Camden-Rckprt. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining stuff just keep reading. The Ragged Mountain Trail offers hiking at       its best; Stevens Pond is a brilliant lake nearby. From a rainfall point of view Saint George Lake is a quite normal place; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. On a lovely day you get a vista of Coon Mountain from Saint George Lake, and if you need a spot to stay Londonderry Inn is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. Sheepscot River is a magnificent whitewater                  spot right next door to Saint George Lake, and at Saint George Lake Dam near Saint George Lake there are some attention-grabbing things to see. If you came for an overnight stay Pine Ridge Campgrounds is a wonderful spot to camp, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Camden. Through the days of summer here at Saint George Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's; the nighttime is rather cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's.
