Hiking along the Eagle Lake Tote Road is splendid fun; hey, Saddle Brook is a great local stream. Saddle Pond gets a typical amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. Going for a hike along the Freezeout Road will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a gorgeous lake like Little Beaver Pond is a fine location to stop at. of Munsungan Stream. Any time is a fine time at Saddle Pond if you go for the outdoors. While you're here at Saddle Pond you can take a hike along the Munsungan Lake Tote Road, and you can stay the night at Matagamon Wilderness Campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Summertime highs at Saddle Pond typically tend to be in the 70's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Saddle Pond.
