for people from Lewiston-Auburn, and why not head up to Lost Valley and strap some skis to your feet. The high level of rainfall makes Sabattus River Reservoir a relatively wet place; of all the months in a year November is the
one with the most rain, and September is the month with the least moisture. A quick trip to Barker Brook close to Sabattus River Reservoir is a good idea. There's so much to do here at Sabattus River Reservoir that you need to camp
here for a while, Freeport/durham Koa is a good place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Upper Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out, and paddling on Chandler Brook is so much fun.

There needs to be a bunch of water in this stream to even make it doable. on 4/20 we were scooting-ass over many shallow spots in our yaks.
