Bereau Brook is a nice local stream. There's so much to do here at Rump Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Deer Mountain Campground is a nice place for that. You can run the rapids of Magalloway River close to Rump Pond; Rump Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Cupsuptic Campground is a magnificent local campground. Otter Pond is a nearby lake that you could       take a look at; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Arnold Trail. All through the days of summer at Rump Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Rump Pond descend into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful.
