Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Sanford Kennebunkport Area; you get a perfect vista of Brackett Hill from here. Through the warm months at Round Pond temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; night lows at Round Pond through the wintertime       mostly sink into the 10's. Round Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; November is when you get the most rain here while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll go for Round Pond. Stay the night at Scott's Cove Camping Area, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Sanford Country Club is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous place for whitewater paddling close to Round                  Pond is Little Ossipee River. There's so much to do here at Round Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Apache Campground is a perfect location for that. After a long day outdoors Sanford Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two; since you're here, you could also stop at delightful Trout Pond. You can run the rapids of Little River close to Round Pond, and Trafton Brook Dam is a location that is right next door to Round Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
