Sandy Stream is a good whitewater spot near Round Pond. Lakes are nice; Cranberry Pond is a lake that's in the vicinity of Round Pond. Why not camp at Roaring Brook Campground since you're here at Round Pond, and why not head up to Big Squaw and strap some skis to your feet. Round       Pond gets a normal amount of rainfall; during the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is frequently the driest month. Here at Round Pond you can catch a sight of Abol Mountain; a great place to camp here at Round Pond is Chimney Pond Campground. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant close by hotel is Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, and as expected, this is a glorious area for folks who like lakes, Rocky Pond is a lake in the neighborhood.                  So much entertaining stuff in the vicinity of Round Pond, clearly fantastic. Pockwockamus Stream is a pleasant local stream, and there are nice locations to explore along the Cathedral Trail. For the duration of the months of summer here at Round Pond, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Round Pond drop into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful.
