A common amount of rainfall falls here at Round Pond; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. You can take       a little tour to Millinocket Lake Dam while you're here at Round Pond; the Millinocket Lake Tote Road is a fine hiking trail nearby. Having a wonderful time at Round Pond is trouble-free. Looking for some flowing water? Try Little Bog Brook, and there's whitewater on Millinocket Stream for all you adrenaline kick people. You can run the rapids of Munsungan Stream near Round Pond, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Munsungan Lake Tote Road.                  Through the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 70's at Round Pond. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Round Pond. Millinocket Falls is always fun to check out, and Round Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, South Branch Pond Campground is a nice local campground.
