From a rain point of view Round Pond is a reasonably typical place; most of the rain falls through November; the driest month of the year is February. All through the summertime here at Round Pond, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Round Pond dipping down into the 0's all       through winter nights. Dry warm beds await you at Pittsfield Motor Inn, and a pleasant location to camp here at Round Pond is Sebasticook Lake Campground. Paddling on Kenduskeag Stream is so much fun; you don’t have to go far from Round Pond to spot the water at Plymouth Pond Dam. If you need a spot to stay Londonderry Inn is a perfect choice. This lake is so wonderful.
