If you are in Oxford county it's always a good idea to stop by Round Pond. That right there is a load of fun stuff already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all. Go for a hike on the Albany Mountain Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Stony Brook Rec. and Camping is a nice place to camp. Good hiking is available along the Albany Notch Trail, and after a long day outdoors The Bethel Inn Resort is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Round

| | Pond gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area right next door to Round Pond has to offer. The sight of pretty Mount Abram near Round Pond is brilliant; why not camp at Littlefield Beaches Campground while you're here at Round Pond. Crooked River, and why not explore nearby Beaver Brook if you're here at Round Pond. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the White Mountains. An exciting thing to visit close to Round Pond
is Outlet Dam, and Goss Ledge is something you shouldn't miss if you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Little Androscoggin River; Mount Abram is a very popular ski area in the vicinity.
This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Black Mountain and strap some skis to your feet; dry warm beds await you at The Victoria Inn. Going for a hike on the Albany Brook Trail is always a great adventure.
High temperatures at Round
Pond throughout the summer months are in the 70's, and the night is rather chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are generally in the 20's while Round Pond nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the-10's. Round Pond is located in the White Mountains.
