Rocky Pond is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. The view of Beech Hill from Rocky Pond is wonderful, and you can go for a hike on the Mount Megunticook Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Strawberry Hill Seaside Inn, and you'll meet a lot of people from Rockland here. This lake is so wonderful. There is a glorious hiking trail close to Rocky Pond called the Ragged Mountain Trail; Camden has great slopes and a friendly staff. After a long day

to play some golf, you're in luck because Goose River Golf Course is close by, and a good location to camp here at Rocky Pond is Roberts Roost Campground. At Rocky Pond during the summertime highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows
are mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while Rocky Pond nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's.
