This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is great on East Machias River. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Rocky Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cobscook Bay State Park. Rocky Lake is a pretty wet place generally with much rain; November is when you get the most rain here while June is frequently the driest month. This place, Rocky Lake, it just has so much       outdoors cool stuff. Lakes are wonderful; Second Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Rocky Lake, and if time allows, Roosevelt Campobello International Park is a national park worth stopping at. All through the days of summer at Rocky Lake highs are typically in the 70's, and the nighttime is rather cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Rocky Lake tend to be in                  the 0's. Dead Brook is a wonderful stream that is worth going to, and Northern Inlet has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Not far from Rocky Lake, you'll locate Munson Lake which is a pretty lake.
