Roaring Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Roaring Lake. The view of charming Estey Mountain near Roaring Lake is good; needless to say Lively Brook flows through this vicinity. If you came for an overnight stay Cobscook Bay State Park is a great site to camp; in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Orange River. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Roosevelt Campobello International Park is a very perfect site to take a look at right next door to Roaring Lake, and camping is available at Knowlton's Seashore Campground. Roaring Lake is a wet place that gets a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July.
