This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the delightful skiing at Sugarloaf USA, and Herbert Grand Hotel is a great place to get some rest. It's a delightful idea to visit Cherry Run, it's in the neighborhood of Reed Pond; there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Piazza Rock Trail. Reed       Pond is a good site of normal rainfall; July is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Through the summertime at Reed Pond highs are typically in the 70's while night lows are mostly in the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Reed Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at King & Bartlett Lake Camp is always a good                  experience; do stop by North Branch Dead River Reservoir, it's a picturesque lake. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cupsuptic River, and if you came to camp Black Arrow Lodge is a delightful site to do that. You definitely should fancy Reed Pond. You get a great vista of Reed Hill from Reed Pond; skiing at Saddleback is one of those things you just should do.
