    Rangeley Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Rangeley Lake is located in the White Mountains. The skiing at Black Mountain is nice, and Bald Mountain can be seen from Rangeley Lake. This place, the White Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff. Going for a hike on the Milrose Trail is always a great adventure, and a great site to camp here at Rangeley Lake is Cupsuptic Campground.

   at Rangeley Lake get into the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are generally in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Rangeley Lake. So much entertaining stuff to do in the White Mountains, not sufficient time. This is a good area for people who like lakes. Ellis Pond is a lake in the vicinity; pleasant hiking is available along the Bemis Stream Trail. Rangeley Lake sees pretty high  
               levels of rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February.
And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do next to Rangeley Lake. Lakes are tremendous; Nutting Pond is a lake that's near Rangeley Lake, and Rangeley Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, North Camps is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Hayno Bog is an attention-grabbing swamp right next door to Rangeley Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Bemis Trail. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Dead River - South Branch, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Saddleback is relatively near.
And if you're still looking for more outdoors exciting things just keep reading. Rangeley Lake is next to Rangeley Lake Dam which is a gorgeous place certainly worth a visit; a journey to nearby Spots Point is very relaxing. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kennebago River, and some nearby water includes Kennebago River.

We stayed at South Arm campground and paddled the lake every day. One night we rented a wilderness site and tented from canoes. We also drove down the road and hiked out and back on the AT.
