Pond temperatures are usually in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Quarry Pond dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Blue Hill Falls; a nice spot to camp here at Quarry Pond is Bass Harbor Campground.
