Pug Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Sunkhaze Campground is a pleasant local campground, and Roosevelt Campobello International Park is a very delightful spot to stop by. Bog Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and Harmon Mountain is stunning and can be made out from here. Pug Lake ordinarily gets a large amount of precipitation; November is the wettest month with most rain, and June on the other hand is the driest. Be careful coming

 | 14 miles away Clifford Lake is very isolated . You can get their via route 9 or Route 1 in Princeton. I would recommend a recent typo map and asking plenty of guestions from the locals. There is a small camping area. My last trip there (92) I had a truck and it was needed to traverse one road that comes to mind. The fishing was excellent ( pickerel averaged 20 in.) .
