Going for a hike on the Sweets Trail is always a great adventure, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend B Stream. Robinson Dam is a scenic site near Prestile Stream; Bigrock is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. So much exciting stuff near Prestile Stream, absolutely extraordinary. A fine nearby hotel is Shiretown Motor Inn, and do check out Three Brooks since you're here       at Prestile Stream. After a long day outdoors Scottish Inns Houlton is a great location to spend a night or two; if you're here and you like golf, you can visit Mars Hill Country Club. A great spot to camp here at Prestile Stream is Neil E Michaud Campground, and there's whitewater on Aroostook River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. High temperatures at Prestile Stream during the months of summer are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures                  are in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are ordinarily in the 20's with temperatures at Prestile Stream dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. The amount of precipitation that falls at Prestile Stream is close to the national average; most of the rain falls during July; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful.
