Go for a hike on the Pierce Tote Road; camping at Bear Mountain Lodge is always a wonderful experience. Good hiking is available along the Sweets Trail, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Bigrock. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend B Stream, and a delightful place to camp here at Presque Isle Lake is Neil E Michaud Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a       hike on the Kennedy Tote Road is always a nice adventure; the panorama of beautiful Meduxnekeag Mountain is delightful. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful nearby hotel is Shiretown Motor Inn. Summertime highs at Presque Isle Lake frequently tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Presque Isle Lake. An average amount of precipitation falls at Presque                  Isle Lake; July is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This is a brilliant area for people who like lakes. West Lake is a lake close by, and on a splendid day you can stop at Hovey Swamp, a swamp right next door to Presque Isle Lake. What a site this is for outdoors people.
