Good hiking is available along the Intake Trail; if you need a location to stay Bingham Motor Inn is a wonderful choice. Moxie Pond Dam has good water scenery and it's close to Prescott Pond, and you can run the rapids of Kennebec River. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Prescott Pond       without first going for a hike along the Arnolds Trail; a splendid close by hotel is Herbert Grand Hotel. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Prescott Pond rules! There are wonderful locations to explore along the Big Squaw Mountain Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Enchanted Outfitters & Lodge is a brilliant site to camp.
