Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by West Grand Lake; camping at Long Lake Campground is always a good experience. And that's not all you can do here at Pond Lake. Dyer Cove is nearby and always tremendous to stop by, and the sight of Amazon Mountain is charming. Pond Lake mostly gets a lot of rainfall; November is when you get       the most rain here, and June on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are delightful; Bonney Brook Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Pond Lake, and Pond Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Keenes Lake Camping Grounds is a good local campground. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Machias River; hey, Amazon Brook is a magnificent local stream. For the duration of the long summer days at Pond Lake highs are commonly                  in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
