    What a nice lake Pockwockamus Pond is. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Pockwockamus Pond with overnight lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are generally in the 20's while Pockwockamus Pond nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Pockwockamus Pond has to offer, you can camp at Chimney Pond Campground; since you're here you can take a hike along the Telephone Trail. A lake  
   close by is Ambajejus Lake, and going for a hike along the Chimney Pond Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.
Get dripping wet paddling on Nesowadnehunk Stream, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Dudley Trail. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are in fact abundant here at Pockwockamus Pond. Lower Togue Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out, and there are plenty of people from Bangor here.                so wonderful. Pockwockamus Pond is a perfect site to visit for more than one day, Big Moose Campground is a perfect site to camp nearby; after a long day outdoors Katahdin Inn is a delightful place to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Pockwockamus Pond; most of the rain falls all through July while February is typically the driest month. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Sandy Stream, and since you're here, you could check out Beaver Brook.
