    Phillips Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps are interesting places and Rush Swamp close to Phillips Pond is no exception, and why not visit close by Cape Neddick River since you're here at Phillips Pond. At Phillips Pond throughout the summer months highs are in the 80's, and the night is slightly cooler of course, generally in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows at Phillips Pond throughout the wintertime  
   generally dip into the 10's. Pond Rocks is a brilliant place to take a look at close by, and if you need a place to stay Meadowmere Resort is a good choice.
You'll need more than a day to explore everything Phillips Pond has to offer, you can camp at Cape Neddick Campground; you should beyond doubt dedicate some time to The Basin since you're here at Phillips Pond. But wait, there's more to do near Phillips Pond. Beaches are brilliant; and Cape Neddick Beach
 
               right next door to Phillips Pond is no exception. Soar down the rapids of Atlantic Ocean in a kayak, and on a gorgeous day you obtain a tremendous vista of Birch Knoll from Phillips Pond.
Do schedule some time to stop at Barn Point in the neighborhood of Phillips Pond if you have a chance, and The Beachmere Inn is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Great Works River is so much fun, and one of the best things about this location is its proximity to Short Sands. This place, Phillips Pond, it absolutely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. There's so much to do here at Phillips Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Dixon's Campgrounds is a perfect location for that; Bald Head Cliff is an out of the ordinary place to stop by while at Phillips Pond.
People from Portland-South Portland love to come to Phillips Pond, and there are other locations here than Phillips Pond, for example Briley Pond. Phillips Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; November is the month that gets the most rain while January is frequently the driest month.
