The winter brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows at Phillips Pond throughout the wintertime       generally dip into the 10's. Pond Rocks is a brilliant place to take a look at close by, and if you need a place to stay Meadowmere Resort is a good choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Phillips Pond has to offer, you can camp at Cape Neddick Campground; you should beyond doubt dedicate some time to The Basin since you're here at Phillips Pond.
