Go to Pease Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Lakes? Sure, Wilson Pond is in the vicinity; you can go for a hike on the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Not far from Pease Pond, you'll find Temple Stream Reservoir which is a gorgeous lake; you can hit the slopes at Titcomb around here. After a long day outdoors Wilson Lake Inn is a nice location to spend a night or two. Twin Pond Campground is a splendid campground nearby, and get soaked paddling

| | on Wilson Stream. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn & Suites is a great place to get some rest, and float down the rapids of Temple Stream in a kayak. For the period of the warm months at Pease Pond temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Pease Pond. Pease Pond is a wet spot that gets much precipitation; | |

the month with most of the rain is November; February is the month with the least moisture. Man, is there a lot of fun stuff to do in close proximity to Pease Pond. Nor 40 Campground is a delightful local campground, and while you're here and you like golf, you can pop by Wilson Lake Country Club.
