You'll need more than a day to discover everything Peabody Lake has to offer, you can camp at Nason's Beach and Campground; Peabody Lake Mill Dam has glorious water scenery. During the summertime months highs here at Peabody Lake       reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 20's with temperatures at Peabody Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. A glorious view of charming Accomac Mountain is available from Peabody Lake, and paddling on Saco River is so much fun. A pleasant close by hotel is First & Last Resort Motel, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Naples                  Golf & Country Club is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Yankee Doodle Cabins Rentals is a magnificent choice, and while you're here you must visit North Cove. Peabody Lake frequently gets a great deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November; the driest month is September. Peabody Lake is a delightful place to camp, Hemlock Hills Campground is a delightful place. Lakes are perfect; Foster Pond is a lake that's close to Peabody Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
